Argh, how did you get up by the dog? I must've spent at least a few hours the other day with a couple of mates trying to get up there. Our first initial try was to glitch on the two islands by the stumps. One part we went up into the air (like the Catacombs glitch) and tried to walk over. Unfortunately, when we reached the last island we fell, so the glitch itself is quite challenging. Congrats to those who figured out how to do it, because really.. it's no walk in the park.
The dog can be found on the little island off to the back by the big rock in the center of outcast facing away from the main view of the Caribbean [view of the game islands] |

 Char, Ale, and I decided to go visit the Outcast dog. Turns out we found poor little lost Sven! We decided to give him a nice home and a leash so he wouldn't get lost again. Special thanks to Char for providing the leash!
