Actually, since Blackjack requires a great deal of luck, depending on how lucky you are in the hands you get, it may be possible to get that much if you keep at it all day.

Also, a macro can be made that will control your mouse. It is possible that you can create a simple macro program that will click on one place on your screen, and then move the mouse to another place and click again.

I think that a human will perform better in this case however because it does not rely on mindless button mashing to do. Macros click on a set pattern, and do not know when a button is ready for them. It will click on it when it cycles around to it again. A human can decide when to hit and when to stay. Raising the chances of winning more hands. A human can get to the buttons faster when paying attention because, as I mentioned before, it's not cycling through a set cycle of clicks.

Overall, I'd say the humans have the distinct advantage in this case.
