im having the same problem now too and ive done everthing uve said and it still won't let me sign in under either the web site or the game can't get into manage account to change pass and a window doesn't pop up after it saying ive been banned im typing the pass correctly and the acct id correctly but it still says "bad account id or password" waiting for the email to change password to see if that works

oki just opened the log in thing again and nw it says "we are sorry! Pirates of the caribbean Online is currently unavailable.We apologize for any inconveniance and we are working quickly to resolve the problem.Please try again soon. Thank you for your patience" usually it shows a time when it will be over but this time it isn't showing a time d

This sucks. I rushed through all my errands highly anticpating playing the game, getting double the gold and all that. I will be seriously upset if they don't give us another chance at it. *bummed pirate here*

They messed up again! whoa theres a shock. I would talk to live chat about it. And listen to this!!
if they tell you to call customer service dont!, stay on live chat and tell them you cant or somerthing, keep pesturing them untill they HAVE to fix it, they CAN fix it on the cp, then and there, theyre just too lazy too, so they try to just direct you to customer service, just dont fall for it. |

Ya, that happens to me. But i have to wait like, usually a hour before it will let me on. Pretty weird.

Well I just left Live tech support and "Scott" did his job well
I am now angry and more than a little p.o. He told me Disney has absolutely no plans to help those of us who weere locked out during the double gold event and Disney is not going to recompense or reimburse anyone for the short amount of time that the servers were down. He said they have had Double gold events in the past and will probably have them in the future and to check the pirates event page for times. funny thing is they just took my money for the next six months and instead of being helpful or conciliatory they were snide and beligerant. and to be honest I really, really, really don't want to hear from the Disney apologists.
