Skeletons of all kinds can be found in the cave just past the gypsy on Tortuga. The bats (for the level of bats i'm assuming you need) are just inside the thieves den. Once you enter the cave past the Gypsy on Tortuga, go right, down the hill and another cave entrance will be on your right, that's the Thieves den. Bats just to the right as you enter.
