Not guilty lol... so thats why some pirates have their names as Incomplete... although I think it says that other times as well.

Have you ever seen someone with the same name as you? (Guilty on.... 4 occasions I believe.)

somewhat guilty, they usually try and become friends and then ask for help killing a gravedigger or something.

not guilty, no real challenges like that for a mastered pirate.

Have you ever gotten killed by an npc lower lvl than you? (guilty, leaving comp, freezing, talking, and i even did it on purpose once.)
