I ban Crest because I traveled back in time due to a flash in the light caused by Locke when he moved that wheel in the cave.. I had to find my constant and stop the time shiftting.

I ban Crest because the time travel has stopped and my nose isn't bleeding anymore. The constant is for me to know that I am traveling in time and space. I need to constant so that I don't lose my mind.
