I used a free month that I got from disney movie rewards and it's still there but now I want my points back.

I just don't know about this game anymore. It got completely messed up. Everyone lost like 3-4 days of game time. Thats just sad on Disney's part. No game with paying members should have to do that

hey everyone! has anyone else expeirienced this before? i was afk when potco shut down and when i came back i was in different clothes i only had two quest not four and my staff lvl went back down to 19 from 20, it appears i lost about 3 weeks worth of data!!!!!!!! how do i retrieve this data?!?! smil ey27:

Unfortunately mate, you don't. Disney did a reset of everything. You have to work for it again.

You can't get it back... Sorry mate. It's so frustrating.

I leveled up five levels each on two of my weapons, bought a whole new outfit, and finished a quest and it all disappeared.

Do we really thread 3-4 different threads about the exact same thing? Just check any other thread that says the same thing you are saying and that will answer your question...

And to answer your question, you can't. It is frustrating... Yes we all know. Just be patient and happy you still get to play the game.

Has anyone else dealt with these "Interruptions?" Is there any point in going back on? If they're going to happen every ten to twenty minutes I'm not going to. And if you do get interrupted, do you lose your stuff?

I've been online for at least an hour straight and the game is perfect. Looks like it was fixed. Should be safe to go back on, but I think they reset back one or two days.

Yeah, I noticed that when I signed on that they reset it back a few days. I had to restart a few quests, ah well. Gives me something to do!
