I ban Davy, for I was referring to his stealing rum from Padres. The Rum Economy there was extremely liable to collapse, and from what I saw, would be decimated in a week. I tried to pull stock, but could not. So, since you stole the rum, instead of paying to keep the rum there on Padres and keep the economy moving, which would've have thrown my treasury into bankruptcy, I'm getting PAID for having my rum investment stolen.
