I finally got my beta key today by posting a fake email saying "I lost my beta key".

Listen to this if you have registered but not received it.

Contact Pirates Online telling you have not gotten a beta key. It took about 5 days after I contacted to get it. I just got it and now downloading the game.

It's worth a shot, nothing lost nothing gained.
