Tom, I'm going to be the one in charge of organizing everything - of course, separate events held within the Conclave are akways welcome. Unless we later have to find an Event Planner, I'll keep everything organized til then

well del i thought the same del please remember we now have an event planer but as you said remember you can still plan events also what halloween party.

We have an event planner besides me? I was uninformed. I think you guys were confused by Rose's post - she wasn't planning any events directly, she was kindly sharing a few game ideas she's had. Honestly, you guys are treating it like you don't want me to organize anything.

The Halloween Party refers to the party.. for Halloween.. that we have had planned for some time now. Read over the previous posts, as well as my edit to the OP, to see what I mean.

Speaking of that, seeing as how alot of you can't attend, would the 30th at 7:00 PM EST be ok?

I never said it would replace your stuff Del i actually said in an earlier post that nobody would be allowed to alter that..... Was just thinking since you do have a guild and guild quests and have started the guild here that you might have wanted a little help.... and Del read farther back Rose was stating ideas about when i asked if their were any volunteers for event head... Those messages as I saw were showing of what she did showing how she could fit the position... But you'd rather run this thing alone?

And saturday would be great!

Legion guilds
My plan to bring non forum guilds into the conclave is basically to have people review the guild wanting to join the conclave.
First when a guild requests to join the conclave people representing the conclave will be inserted into the guild. Then the people inserted into the guild review the guild wanting to join looking for signs of a bad guild, and guild warfare. If the guild doesn’t pass then they will be denied entrance.
Now during the process of a guild being accepted it will be called a legion guild and once it is acceptance the guild will be called a conclave guild.
The qualifications for joining the conclave have not been determined yet so someone has to think them up (unless Del has some I’m not aware of) as I’m not qualified to do that. So please tell me what you think any comments accepted.
