People who know me know that my brain can be confused quite simply...... for example, if a fire truck passes by at 50 miles per hour, and you say, "what color was that fire truck" i'll pause for a few minutes, then break down crying and run away :P LOL
But why must you ask if this conversation is complicated? |

I've come to the conclusion that Captain Del is suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Poor guy never saw that fire truck coming. Your thoughts?

I think he needs to try Trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy. This involves identifying upsetting thoughts about the traumatic event–particularly thoughts that are distorted and irrational (like losing your mind!!)—and replacing them with more balanced picture. Do you agree??
