I ran into speedy lou 4 or 5 times yesterday once by tortuga and then after that by port royal
I did not catch him though.

I still have a sore arm from fighting Sir Fogbell near the Cove.

Yet, it does seem that Legendary fish randomly appear, unless the Mouse has changed it.
