I've got a 10-day trial, too, but so far all I'm doing is running around in circles, getting lost. It's not as pretty a game as POTCO, for sure. And you think pirates have big feet? You oughta see my troll's feet! I could wear RadioFlyers for roller skates!

After an hour of running around like an idiot, I was more than glad to go back to pirates. Azeroth is a huge place. Can we get together and make friends in the game so I can at least have someone to laugh at me when I get lost?

I'm planning on starting over in a new realm because the one I'm in is always full later in the day, so if you want to meet up let me know when lib, and we can run around in circles together.

I need to learn how to make friends in WoW. I've located Angel, Rage, and Johnny when they're online, but I can't talk to them 'cause we're not friends. If you're on Duskwood, you can use the social icon to type in my character's name and find out if I'm online or not, but from there I'm lost. I need to check out the WoW forums to find out more.

I will add you to the list. I remember as a trial you cant talk to someone on friends unless that person has u as a friend./ Also you cant type in local or general/trade chat, just the basic SAY command. That was one thing that was totally frustrating for me when I first joined. It almost turned me away from the game. Well I will find u in game and give you a gift pack (Potions and such you can use) like I did Misty.

On a side note, my hubby came up and was watchin me play. He said the graphics were impressive and it didnt seem like I lag like on the pirates game. Hes always bugged me in pirates about "Whats the point in playing the game when you cant do anything anymore?" At least with WOW once u hit the cap of 70, if u wanna start over, you create a different character and it opens up a whole new realm.

I will add you on friends and pass it along to the rest of the gang. Then we will try to find you (Theres no TP Option, but certain characters can be trained to make portholes). We can try to join up and help you train some to get bigger.

*On a side note, I am still waitin for Disney to call me back. Its gettin ridiculous already!!!*

I want friends too! Decided to buy the game...probably in the next couple days because that's when my trial run is over. But I'm starting over from scratch so I can be in a realm where I know people. Here is my info (copying what Lib did):

Cool, cool! Thanks for the info Toki, and thanks Angel! I remember when I first started POTCO and didn't know anything about the game and didnt' know anyone. Much more difficult that way! And probably why I've ended up on the jail-time leaderboards, too - LOL.

I'll try to get to WoW later tonight, around 7 or so. I do like coming back to POTCO where I know where everything is and I can kill any enemy. Makes me feel powerful. Have to get myself in the right frame of mind to go back to being a clumsy noob again.

Ok guys now that I finally wrote down ur info if u get on vent when u get on i'll be mor than happy to hop on an alt of mine or soemthing.... i would write down the names of thm all but i hve liek 12!!!!! Which is the max number of toons on one server u cn have.... Now i don't play them all but i have them for when i evenutally want to lvl them... but here;s the main two im am usually on:


Troll Shaman- Ragenaid (My main, hence everyone calls me Rage)
Blood Elf Paladin- Chechee



And BTW Its : LEEEEEEEEEEERRRROOOOOY CHECHEEEEEEEEEEEE... My paladin is known for wipin the whole raid sometimes so/...... lol

I'm not leaving pirates, either. I've got too many friends here - not just Wenches, either. I'm not ready to abandon the Legion of Dread, for one. It was hard enough to take Lib-Rose out of the Legion to join the Wenches! If I left the game, I wouldn't get to talk to Dread and Jade anymore, and that would make me very sad. And there's Jin, Nate, Li, Angel & Jack, Hector, etc, etc... (Sorry guys, can't list you all!) Yep, I'll still be here, for a long time.

Yeah, were not goin anywhere. As a matter of fact Rage and I got on last night and I showed Rage a nice lil trick Its nice for a change for me not to be the Grasshopper!! Besides, way too much invested with friends for me to walk away....Im just a bit weaker for a few (and Angel now looks like a troll!!!).

Slippy lvl 60 Tauren Hunter

I have other chars but if they're not 60 or 70 not worth mentioning.
Been away for a couple days but i'm busy trying to find a job and whatnot.
Just signed up for a 13 day medical study which pays 3400 dollars. Will be on tomorrow though! =)

No Offense to anyone who wants to talk about WOW but out of RESPECT for BELLA can we PLEASE close this subject! Too many of us have ventured over to wow and not gave Pirates a second thought! And well (no offense Bella cuz i love ya) but i am the one who has to hear about all this so.... For piece of mind can we please CLOSE this subject?
