Ok first of all.. who said a guild was deleted?
Please be careful what terminology you use, dont be reckless, it causes unnecessary anxiety and panic. A guild not being recognized due to a bug, does not mean it was deleted. Give POTCO time to fix it... I know its a nuisance, but lets not use terminology that causes people to panic without having any FACTS (ie contacting support, instead of end user hypothesis). Everyones just panicing and saying WHY IS IT HAPPENING!!! I see no reports but the one of what Disney support says about it. Im sure POTCO will get a handle on it, and likely very quickly, as it is a major drawback to the style of game play they emphasize. Its a bummer, but they'll get it resolved, im sure. Hang in there mates!

Had that happen to me just now when I logged in... The other pirate thats been in game all day has the correct guild so must just happen to you if you recently logged in. I did also clear that pirates cache. Not sure that has anything to do with it.

made a call to Big D yeasterday and they are aware of the bug. My sister and I were both informed that they ARE trying to fix it. Was told to be patient and everything will be fine and back to normal. Did have that problem still today. Gm came on and was showing him not in guild. B4 we could finish warning him, he goes and hits guild button and got booted. But did have a guild mate that was removed along with his alt pirate. Luckly we had him on our friends list and got him back in guild. He was worried that he had been booted but we assured him that was not the case. Plz give the peeps at Disney a chance to get this fix and dont freak if it happens to you. If it does, wait a few minutes and the Guild 0 will go away and you will have ur guild back.
