Did you know I took your suggestion for lunch from awhile back? Been having a turkey sandwich on 9 grain bread, nuts and berry mix, and an apple (opposed to just the apple) lol

Did you know I did not know that? How about we go simple today with a Panini grill cheese with fresh ripe tomato..slightly salted, tad of pepper and grilled to perfection. Want to add a small bowl of tomato soup to that for dipping?

How about.....a Spinach Lasagna with Ricotta, Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano and fresh Mozzarella? Of course layered with sauce and seasoning....baked to an ooey-gooey perfection...slightly golden brown on the top. This lasagna can also be made without the spinach. Then....a hot loaf of French bread sliced and buttered with fresh garlic and oregano...baked to a crispy, mouth watering crunch. Last, but not least....a fresh crisp Caesar salad....with homemade dressing and croutons. I would suggest a A chilled Burgundy, Cabernet, or Merlot to compliment the dish nicely. To end a great meal......we have Tiramisu with warm chocolate drizzled across the top......
How does that sound?

Snack....ok.....Bruschetta...fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato on small crusty pieces of Italian bread rubbed with fresh garlic....with a splash of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.......
Sound good?

Omg!! I can actually make that! That sort of reminds me of the grilled cheese/grilled Fajita thing I make.. I put down the bread (whatever I be in the mood for, the toast of the fajita) Then I put down some mozzarella cheese, Roasted Peppers, Bruschetta, A little extra garlic, some parsley, some pepper, grill it until its nice and melted and WhaLa!! Now I don't know what to make... yours or mine? lol
