Cant Log In
I cannot log into pirates anymore, I do NOT have a Mac so I don't think the problem with the Macs might affect me.
Every time I try log on it says cannot verify account ID, I have doubled checked my account ID everytime I type it in but it wont let me log on. Any ideas on how to fix this?!? |
Try ringing Disney up with phone or live chat in acount services it should get fixed in say a day or so

It may not work, but it is worth a shot. You could change your password, and then use the new one to see if that works. That may work. I dunno though.

Changing pass did not help, I emailed Disney, still waiting for reply |
Usually, when I log in through website, when my account I.D. shows up, I don't put in password, I would just click the "Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean Online" link picture above the log in and it would log me in.

What you want to do is put this game on ur desk top then u will always be able to log in and to do this u should go back to live chat and speak to Arizel he is very helpful tech and call 1877 4277744 press 2 for tech help and say you want to put game on your desk top they will direct you ask for Arizel he helped me do this. hope that helps unless your account is frozen, by accident. Ask them.

I had this happen once and went to Live Chat, they tweaked my account and fixed it...never said really what it was but I bug reported then hopped onto LC and it was fixed within the same day.

It sounds like it might be your Internet Connection. Make sure that it is the ONLY program running. When I had a slower connection speed sometimes it would say something like that. If not, if you have an older computer, it might just be that your computer can't handle the game.

Might be but, the day before it was working fine, since then I couldnt log in, I havent experienced this problem since I started playing pirates a year ago ;)

I had a similair issue that I accidently deleted Quicktime which is a apple program that the game runs on (no I dont have a Mac).But why a Apple program on a PC? OFF TOPIC: I later found out Steve Jobs was a chairman of Disney anyways. Hope you can get this fixied Solo!
