Refunds may be in order if it something that POTCO has control over, as in a problem on thier end extended over time. However at this point im not entirely sure the problem is on POTCO's end, although Achilles stated that it was. Live Chat should have known that was the case however and indicated such if that was the case. If it was a problem with POTCO, it appears to be resolved now.
If you have always had these issues with login (member stating having to always try 10-20 times) then the problem is likely a local/networking related issue, as its not a common occurrence with the game system. Maybe try updating your system with all windows updates, old security certificates etc may be contributing to this. Also check your systems date (including year), make sure it has not changed to something obscure by mistake or freak occurrence.
