I like how things are starting to come together in terms of a story. It's about darn time the Navy starts to step up and get involved in the Caribbean. Nope, i would not consider you a noob, because you probably can afford any ship you'd like, but you use the light sloop because you want to. they royal navy how ever, would probably try to get the biggest ships they can get. also, you where right about them being part of the strongest military ever. how ever, the navy soldiers in the Caribbean and their officers may be well funded, but they are corrupt and they prefer to do the threat of jail to do the fighting for them. that's why they are such losers.
