I used to carry a light sloop with me on my level 50 at all times. Would you consider me a noob?

I like how things are starting to come together in terms of a story. It's about darn time the Navy starts to step up and get involved in the Caribbean. I mean, they're a branch of the world's strongest military (at that point.) You would think they would be able to have some form of strength, aye?
