but will the success of ship of the line rly come to potco???
only time will tell...

It was released on test but later removed for purchase. They are still being sailed on the test seas though.

So yes, I believe it will eventually go live.

ghostlyotto. i do agree with u bc all my friends have even told me, so i agree. also i have a friend on test called eric redsilver. he has been on 1 so it most likely yes. but who knows?

I am not sure it would degrade the game but I kind of get why you might think so...So many things have been added to POTCO in the past year that have made pirates into super-pirates. Wonder-weapons and potions and revives have completely changed the face of the game. I know that my level 50 test pirate hasn't been knocked-out in nearly 6 months. I spent my last log-in taking out Colossus Flag ships solo with my light sloop. I couldn't have done this a couple of years ago but between my rare cannon ram and my attack level 79 broadsword, it was almost too easy.

To me, a Ship Of The Line is just another way to tilt the advantage back toward the pirates.

And now that I have said that, I still think they're pretty cool and would buy one in a second if they can work out the bugs.

The game is way to easy now, with El's weapons, and will be even easier with the SOTL.

NPCs need some sorta advantage of themselfs.... who agrees?

First, My own test charcter has been on, and crewed for some time, The Record Breaking SOTL.

Second, currently guys, you guys think it will become easier, but who knows, enemies also get 'em and become stronger? Just time can tell, mates.

I believe it will eventually be released. But I believe Disney is currently working on trading right now.

The ship of the line is coming. I was on it the day it was released as well as a day closer to now. There were many changes making it more piratey and allowing you to cannon in palces that you couldn't before. There was a wall in the way.. At first it was red and white like a Navy Ship. So we all thought it was a bug because EVERY enemy ship you could buy. Of course nobody went after the others they wanted the biggest. I was there for the leak unfortunately i am only lvl 6 there so I could not afford me one. I do have friends with the ship of course. They have allowed me to crew it many times and teh changes it has gotten do not suggest an enemy ship. It has the colors of our pirate ships.

I hope you are wrong. Disney better not release trade. That just opens up the door for more greifing. You all know it to be true. A little lvl 23 getting El Patron's Lost Sword. Some lvl 50 tricking him saying his privateering cutlass is even better so they trade and the lvl 23 lost the rarest sword around. If they release this I will not be happy but sad at what will come out of some pirates nowadays.

I do not like the thought of trading either. There are no enough items in POTCO for trading to be fun. This would allow players to gain hold of every famed weapon there is in the game easily (which is not a lot, compared to other games), and make the game boring.

I do hope they are working on staff tho, I am running out of motivation to loot.

lol, I can't wait to see the SOTL vs one of those light sloops in svs which have powerful fury gunners that can can destroy a war frigate in seconds.

I could have gotten the Cerberus if I had sold my Warships - because at the time, I had 80k gold and a War Sloop, War Galleon and War Frigate - but I never did so for whatever reason. Stupid me, I could've had Explosive broadsides...

Ok i stand corrected. Apartently some did. Not many though.. Then again the leak only lasted what 2 hours?
