I have seen pictures of it and there is a rumor spoken of in hushed tones that Raven Cove has mysteriously appeared on test only long enough to trigger a total shutdown as soon as it was realized... It was described as being a largish island with fortifications.

I'm assuming you're kidding because you don't seem like the type of POF user to fall for things like this.
