SvS ships launched from non-SvS islands

What apparently happened was they launched their ship from a non-SvS island and the French crew boarded that ship. So the ship was a normal ship appearing BLUE on the compass that we can't damage, yet the crew on board were French and they went on a spree sinking pretty much everyone PvP-style. We couldn't hurt their ship but they could hurt ours & sink us.

Now that - is just a dirty glitch. There's low - then thats LOW...
