Spawn Bug

This is happening lately. When you are sailing and all of a sudden an enemy ship spawns right next to you, you will see that ship starts spinning and turning at
100mph. You use the broadside of your ship and there are times that only two shots hit the ship because it moves too fast. I reported this already, but still no reply. A Corsair sunk my ship it spawned right there and couldn't catch it.
