"Not Enough Voodoo" / Conservation Bug
Not sure if the topic was brought up before. Tried searching throughout the site but didn't turn up anything.
It seems that when the game checks to see if you have enough voodoo to cast something (Doll or Staff) it doesn't take in account the passive skill "Conservation."
Conservation - Decreases Voodoo used by Voodoo Staff or Voodoo Doll by __% (where each dot represents 4%, max percentage is 20%)
I've tested this so far with Flaming Skull. Original casting cost of FS is 120 voodoo. With 5 dots in Conservation, the casting cost is lowered to 96 voodoo. Voodoo used when casting it is 96 voodoo but when my voodoo drops low, I cannot cast it again until I've reached at least 120 voodoo, anything lower and I get the "Not enough voodoo" message. So it looks like it's using the original casting cost to determine if there's enough voodoo to cast the hex.
I've submitted a bug report for it as if the casting cost is supposed to be 20% lower, it really should cast when I have at least the prerequisite voodoo.
