My Mood:

I believe everybody posting here has very valid points. So, I have a suggestion:

IF you see somebody that is cheating and you have a problem with it, report it.
IF some fellow speed glitching is jumping in "your" kill and you don't like it--report it.
IF somebody is glitching in PVP or SVS and you don't like it--report it.

Squeeky wheel gets the oil.
