What you want to do is put this game on ur desk top then u will always be able to log in and to do this u should go back to live chat and speak to Arizel he is very helpful tech and call 1877 4277744 press 2 for tech help and say you want to put game on your desk top they will direct you ask for Arizel he helped me do this. hope that helps unless your account is frozen, by accident.
