When I buy a song off of iTunes, it comes in an m4a format. Maybe I don't like m4a format, so I change it to an mp3. How's that illegal? Pretty much the same concept here. If anything, Disney may not like you modifying their game files and you could get terminated for it, but that is by no means against federal law (as far as I know).
Back on topic, I concur with Captain Del on the subject as to whether or not it
should be ported to an Xbox (or any other console).
