colbella, many people have posted why potco beta phase 1 is coming to an end. Phase 2 will come in September.
As for the servers, I highly doubt you will be able to play POTCO during the time period it is down with your own server. They will probably shut down the entire potco system and make it so only the staff can play. Sr.Penguin
