It is not a glitch what you just described...it happens alot in Abassa-Andoso servers because of the amount of users logged in which causes massive lag and you will be experiencing this more if you are in a crew with more then 5 pirates on it, and! the total number of PvP ships (French + Spanish) causes lag as well.
Sometimes you will also see that you shoot and shoot and see No Damage to the enemy-ship because it is all based on the same thing mentioned above.

I'm sorry, that's not true. The same exact thing happens on quiet servers (e.g. my "glitch-free" tournament.)

That is not the situation she is describing at all.

Again, not at all the situation described (and experienced by many, many others.) The numerous glitches with TAKE COVER cause the "no damage," not any network latency, nor server-saturation issues.
