Notoriety Ring

It's a teaser to place us Level 40 Pirates at a high level of anticipation of what will come when it does come full circle. Unfortunately each time it has done so...nothing has changed.

I have seen that ring go both ways on my multiple of pirates.
My guess, and its only that , it the ring is meaningless.
Lets all hope some day we get to see (lvl cap pops)
