Ok there must be a miss communitcation. Technicaly everyone is wrong even me and the people at VR studios. Yes I know there is still a bug, that is not my problem. My problem is they do not knkow how to handle anything. They tell me to give them my log files to see when I logged in. That doesnt have anything to do with it. The second time they tell me to call the service. They were wrong about the time. They now tell me I need to send this report to a contact us and not a (bug) report. Well when I got it this is what they send me.

The problem that you experienced may have been due to a dropped Internet connection. Now, this doesnt even go with the subject. It has to do with they're servers.

Not to put too fine a point on it but, don't whine about it here. Get into their support structure and tell them, yes I see the message and NO my account isn't fixed...
Not one person here can actually help you get this done, even if they have advice, VR/Disney has to fix it.
