I believe everybody posting here has very valid points. So, I have a suggestion:

• IF you see somebody that is cheating and you have a problem with it, report it.
• IF some fellow speed glitching is jumping in "your" kill and you don't like it--report it.
• IF somebody is glitching in PVP or SVS and you don't like it--report it.

Other then this, very to the point, answer what else is there to ponder here? If you don't like something you see and you believe its cheating report it. Disney bans players all the time and for much less serious things so report away.
