I don't think the skill points affect the amount of broadsides a ship holds. A light sloop is going to have 3 broadsides, no matter how many skill points you have. The skill points increase damage. lol I've never had 12 broadsides sailing on a light sloop

yes bc that is a sloop on a war frigate you could have 12 broadsides.
ok pretty much like this if u put 5 skill points to left broadside and a light sloop has three broad sides you will now have 8 left broadsides |
