Yes, when you first make your pirate and enter the tutorial, you enter Welcome World7 or Welcome World2 or any welcome world.

Ya i still play toontown Fishing is has been there for a while ( still more of a POTCO fan ) But fishing til October 31st? I dont think so. And btw ive been playing Toontown and POTCO about a month after they both came out So ik alot of what has happend over the years.
