You must also be aware of the fact of the different factions that reside within Padres Del Fuego. Do you plan to settle any remaining fueds between the rebels who helped establish the overthrow? Or do you plan to do a crackdown of any of these members remaining, which may lead to an even further uprising.
Also, because Victorio was claimed by Jolly Roger, do you plan to do any action against this rising source of evil in the Caribbean? Also, while we're on the subject, it would be in your best interest to investigate any ongoings as to why Roger may be so interested in gaining control of Padres.
There is also a matter of the radically declining value of silver. Because Beckett's Quarry was founded for silver mining, which in turn backs the Padres treasury, do you plan to reverse this cavern's purpose in order to convert it to a copper, tin, or even gold based economy? You should be well aware, any intervention without first consulting the Company may just bankrupt your administration.
