Lol. I suck at this game xD Though, it was fun when me and my friends played in Nuketown, free for all with only C4 and Explosive Crossbow's. We also did just Ballistics Knives a couple rounds lol.

I know! Nuketown is my favorite map....

If there weren't as many M60 "Newbs" in Black Ops I might actually try to use only balistic knives on Nuketown...

On the subject of the First Strike Map Pack I'd like to discuss the maps with you all.
Berlin Wall- Supposed to take place near a wall in Berlin ( Obviously ). Will have doors that open manually through switches probably.

Discovery- Looks similar to the level "Project Nova", only 20 years later.

Stadium- Supposed to take place in a Hockey Stadium in the North-Eastern United States.

Kowloon- Similar to the mission of the same name, "Kowloon"

Ascension- New zombie map, though not much is known about it yet.

Also, anyone else miss WaW? I rage-quitted and sold my disk for the Xbox because of the (broken) SMGs. Seriously? Hip-fire me from across the map with an MP-40? /grumble. But I do find it addicting on the Wii a bit. Not to mention, I own everyone in Hardcore TDM that aren't hackers or are close to my skill level. The Wii version is good because my reactions seem a little quicker, but the hit-markers are trash. And, no zombies. I'm thinking about buying WaW again and all the Map Packs just to play the original zombies again. I really miss them.

So I'm level 48 first prestige, and the best I've been able to do is about 53 kills and 26 deaths, can anyone give me advice on how to do better? By the way, I consider anything lower than 30 kills and more than 10 kills bad, and my average is about 27 kills and 17 deaths. The majority of the time, when I'm doing good, I'll be ten kills ahead of my deaths, which is weird.

I know this is my first shooter, and I should be patient, but I want to get better. Do you guys recommend turning up combat training to high difficulty, and playing that for hours and hours to get better? So far that seems to be doing average for me, and I'm not sure how to get better.

This is your first shooter and your already doing 2x better than me.
But yea if you want to get better then Combat training on a higher difficulty is a good idea, or maybe gametypes like Hardcore or Barebones would help you get better. Yea but my avarage k/d in a match is 20-23 kills and 21-25 deaths.
