I have also been on my own quest with disney about the Privateering prizes from the contest back in September. No one in the Seafury Guild has recieved their prizes for the contest. I called Disney a couple weeks back and was told that they are behind on things and that it would be another 6 to 8 weeks!! There has only been one of us, at this point, who has recieved their Founder Skull as well. These were supposed to have been mailed and recieved by now. Not sure what is going on behind the scenes over there at Disney online, but it appears from this pirate that there is not alot of work going on!

I understand why it doesnt currently let you get rid of your starter items, and it has nothing to do with the clothing quests. Some of these clothing items are optional. These are the ones I propose it should let us sell/get rid of. I wouldnt want it to leave a pirate reverting to basic unclothed of course. The "why" was never in question here, quite frankly that was obvious. Thats why I proposed only allowing us to sell the "optional" items as one possible means of helping to alleviate the inventory issue. We arent talking about how to play the game and make choices. Was trying to come up with ideas for Disney to solve the obvious problem.
Not surprised they are behind.. however i've never heard about a "Founder Skull". I know many founders and this has never been a subject of conversation.
There was a "Cloth map" that was to be shipped to certain members, which as I understand it has already been shipped/recieved by most.
