Hey Davy and Sven..Oh Yea Goth too...

Skulley will be with us Tues. So I won't have to have my friends play his pirate, nor will I have to run 2 at once to get the screenies.

The booger upgraded the $300 (4 yrs ago) Desktop is better than my spankin new lappy...

UMMM Honey (Steve) our 2 yr anny is comeing up....Can I get an "upgrade?"

Are you looking for something that's got better memory? can handle more things at once? more mobility? has better drivers?
Or are you thinking more along the lines of smaller? Lighter? more portable? faster and uses less energy?

And if the lappy is slow, sounds like something not set up properly.

I think she wants a pirate-themed laptop...moldy aged wood around the screen instead of plastic. Keyboard that creaks instead of clicks. A rat instead of a mouse...

LOL, Actually I love the laptop. I was just giving Steve a hard time. I can run 2 pirates....POF, vent, Quickbooks, and e-mail all at once.

I was just noting his graphics are a TAD better now. He can run DX9 with no problems while I still have to run 8 or opengl

PArt 2 of this Scav Hunt will start at about 8 Eastern on Tuesday night.

Get you team together, let me know if there are going to be changes in teammates. Already know that Goth isn't going to make it.

Basil,

Just a question... Will Hunny remain on Ruthless Raiders? I notice that she was originally slated for a different team, but in all the fluid chaos of the Scav Night 1, she ended up with us. (Glad to have you Hunny!)

And just an... lol FYI... Arian did finally come on late into the morning and started to do the questions and answer. Hated to break her heart and tell her we were already done.

Arianrhod.. no sleeping in late... or roo wrangling ....or cow tipping (oops that's what my local youth do) ... well whatever you do to stay outta trouble... get in game.

Keep your team as close to the way it was for part 1 as possible! i.e. Hunny stays with Ruthless Raiders, if at all possible. What I am really concerned about is if someone can't make it, and finding a replacement, orif we get more people involved, that weren't teamed up for part 1.

After letting it stew for a few days, I finally sat and redid the scoring for part 1.

Remember Rule number 6 and 7!

And now, without further ado, I give you the scores for Dueces Wild Scavenger Hunt II, Part 1.

Team PETR --- 890 points
Team Rum Runners --- 814 points
Team Part Deux --- 830 points
Team Ruthless Raiders --- 867 points

After carefully evaluating every pic and answer to each question, the scores changed slightly from the first evaluation. Rum Runners had one pic posted twice, and another that wasn't theirs, so their score dropped. I also gave the super secret bonus of 18 points to PETR for doing the BB with only 3 pirates, since Cat couldn;t go, and I also gave it to Part Deux for their 2 attepmts at the BB, even tho they didn't win it, because they were the only team that had 2 team mates under level 20 on their team.

I will give full scoring details after the second part of the Scav Hunt is totally over.

NO TEAM is eliminated from winning. There is still plenty of chance for every team to pull this one out.

Now for tonight, there are going to have to be a few team changes. We ave a couple people who were there last week, not going to make it tonight, and a few new people who would like to join. SO, I will get ingame as soon as I can, around 7:30, and try to organize and reassign teams. Please help me with a little cooperation. The sooner that everyone is teamed, the sooner I will post the list for tonight.

huh? the double posting was to make sure all members were included in the shot...the shots are from the same battle...so we get penalized for that????

the other pic was never our kill...we never claimed it was. it was an attempt to show two teams fighting over a level 2 boss. post was...well, for fun! so we get penalized for that also???

wow...not pleased with that.

I don't think he penalized you guys, I think he gave you extra points by accident.
