I think there is another game that has those things in it, but POTCO doesnt have the capabilities to do those things.

Basically what the game is, is you start with 1 city and a squad of 3 pirate units. Each unit will have 1 attack point, all you have to do is research technologies to unlock more units, buildings, and upgrades. You use your units to attack other cities and defend your island against the navy and everyone else.
