where should i put skill points?

the build i have is pretty much just for high dps
CUTLASS
hack-1 hit about 70
slash-1hit about 100
cleave-1 hit about 125
flourish-5 hit about 750
thrust-5 hit about 1000
sweep-1 hit about 300
brawl- 1 hit about 70
taunt-1 hit 1 (i have a point in this but i dont recommend it...)
bladestorm-5 hit about 1800 (about 370 per hit)
parry-1 this move is not to worth it unless you want to put 5 points in it
endurance-4 increase health by 100 (this is worth i you may want to divert a taunt or brawl point in to this to max it.)

DAGGER
this build is mostly passives and dagger throw
asp-1hit about 50
adder-1hit about 70
throw dirt-1 hit 1 and greatly lowers accuracy
sidewinder-1( i recommend you put more points into this and take a bit off vipers)
viper's nest-5 i hit about 1000 (336 about per hit) long recharge
cut-1 hit about 50
swipe-1 hi about 100
gouge-1 hit about 140
evicerate-hit about 300 (100 per hit)
blade instinct-5 increase damage on cutlass and dagger by 25%
finese-5 decrease the cooldown time for dagger and cutlass attacks.

NOTE: my dagger build is pretty much centered on helping my cutlass
