TY all. I have a few screenies of my own, but was too tired to stay up and post them. I appreciate everyone being there with me.

And to answer the question, yes! 4 pirates, all level 40 and all weapons and skills level 25!

WOOT!

(A couple still haven't done the BB, or a few of the side quests. Saving that for a Notoriety cap increase, no sense throwing away good rep.)
