Still not working for me... I will try once per day, then quit if this ain't fixed within the month.

Are you on test or open? I completed it on open. My test pirate, which is level 32, is still bugged and it still does not even have the voodoo staff quest. I assume that is because the quest wasn't added until after I reached level 30 during beta.

If you are on open, I do not know what to tell ya mate. Maybe it was dumb luck that it completed for me.
