They are not offering any upgraded Cannon Barrels, or Ammo pouchs on test.
That is, nothing that was not previously offered.

My money goes for Patriot Day thru Labor Day to release these updates. Fri 4th thru the 7th. September both of them.

Yea more than likely we can expect these updates within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Possibly sooner.

Well, if the message for the quests when you logged onto test applies - they should be available sooner than many think. The quest said 'Available Sept 4th-26th' so we will see if that holds true! But, the new areas/updates were necessary for the quest!!
