Health Recovery Freezes When Healing?

So I'm in Menta right now leveling and decided to join a crew. Well my life is getting low so I figure I'll heal and get some voodoo doll rep instead until I'm in the green again. Well I hadn't noticed it at first but near 6-7 minutes later I'm at the SAME health! Confused, I unattuned just to be sure. Once my weapon was away it started recovering. So I tested it out and long behold, when you heal someone.. Health Recovery freezes. I could have the doll out and it would recover, I could attune and it would recover, but once I started healing.. FREEZE! This didn't happen before did it? If it did I must be really unobservant lol.

Well for me it does so also.
Though I don't think its because of healing.
I think it is because you are "still in combat"
This may be a bug or may not... might want to send an email to Big D!!!

I had noticed mine freezing when I log on...even after a time it hasn't recovered. But someone told me when I use it it will fill...don't know about the healing loss of voodoo, though. I hadn't noticed it yet, but that doesn't mean it isn't happening...
