Don't put 4 point on Spirit Lore

It is a bug. If we put 4 point on Spirit Lore (raise
it to Rank 4) then Wither won't work and Banish
lost its power.
I've reported it a week ago but still no fix to it.
My friend did the same and now her staff can't
cast Wither (always fizzled) and Banish can only
do 100 damage.
Spirit Lore is the passive skill to increase casting
speed.

Personally I never took Spirit lore, as casting time on the staff really didn't seem that big a deal to me, and I never took the last 2 skills which I assume take alot longer casting time.

Good to know. I think I have two dots in that as the passives I was most interested in are the first and last (voodoo recovery rate and added damage percent), but I do agree that faster casting = less time taking damage yourself and is of value.

I put 5 points in the Voodoo damage increase one (ie 25%) but I'm not sure it really did anything. When you put your points into it let us know if it is really working. At this point I'm just kind of skeptical of most of the high level abilities.

I am curious about this as well as I didn't see any difference, although I only increased it to 15%. I did put 5 points into the dagger skill, blade instinct, that supposedly increases combat damage of the cutlass/dagger to 25%, but same thing, I didn't see any difference.

The Spirit Lore bug has been fixed.
My Wither works again after the last update.
Now i believe it's safe to put 4 or more skill point in Spirit Lore
(casting speed).
