Could you post an example of how you have been trying to post your images? That would help in explaining why it is not working properly.

EDIT: Found where you had posted links to some of your pictures, and I'm not quite sure I understand where you are finding those links.
The links from the gallery to post images should look as such...

http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/gallery/data/500/Wasp.png

...but all the links you have posted look like this.

http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/gallery/uploads/20490/screenshot_2009-09-02_16-20-00.jpg

This could be a result of you attempting to post them before they have been approved, although I'm not sure as I've never seen a link of this sort before. To solve the issue though, simply follow the link Sarah posted and retrieve the "Direct Link" from there.
