The Nine Rogues Quest

Yo there!
The server reset when I was just starting this quest and talking to Elizabeth Swan. I did not get all the instructions on what I was to do. I'm supposed to capture Luther from a Navy ship but I didn't find out how. I tried sinking several ships and didn't find him, then I disabled, boarded and killed all the Navy guys on a flag ship and still didn't even get a message saying he was not found. Could you please help and let me know how I'm supposed to capture Luther?

I found that I had to sink several Navy Ships before he was found. There was no real rhyme or reason to it (ie - no specific level ship) but I did think it was supposed to be from galleons or frigates. I just kept sinking the suckers until it came up that I found him.

aye if i remember correctly u had to sink Lvl 7 (or 14) + EITC ships however i do remember getting him on my first ship sunk it might have been luck but who knows

I did find him and went back to Elizabeth. She said to find the nine rogues, but that's it! it's not in my journal or anything any ideas???

You're done with the quest now . The rest of the nine rogues you have to find are yours to keep, and you don't need to return to Elizabeth Swann, unless it comes back in the journal. A lot of quests you'll soon find out do the same thing, like Rudyard's Teeth, ect.

yea which i find weird almost as if POTCO didnt finish it i mean elizabeth tells you to go find the nine rouges ok so u find them and nothing happens u just have the honor that u collected them all
