This are old screenshots, before the Navy Bastion were taken out of test.
When the Navy Bastion was found on test in last month's update, it was in the waters where small ships roam, and the Navy Panthers were missing, so i believe it was a mistake, they didnt want to release the Bastion yet. It was soon taken out of test and replaced with Panthers.
