My Issue With Cuba

You mentioned downloading the launcher countless time and its not helping? Does it not install fully?

I've tried to TP to Cuba while playing on web launcher, was able to do so. Tried to log out and back in to see if i was able to load on Cuba, no problem either. So probably the issue does not come from the web launcher or cuba or your computer, I think it's your pirate. My main pirate before the 7th April reset could not load without getting the boot, even if i loaded, theres an empty inventory. Right now its working fine for me, tho before the recent reset it was only affecting a minority (I only know 2 others that were affected)

Not sure if Contacting Disney might help. I tried last week on the same issue (not loading properly) and realize that they really do not offer much technical support to testers due to the fact that the environment we are in is, a Test server, which is pretty useless on the livechat. so i guess its bug report til they fix it. eg: A RESET :O
