I ban POTCO tech suport for ignoring my claims for help about my game not being functional in window mode, so I can use fraps and start making my Youtube tutorials. Either they just want to help or they're scrambling around in their offices yelling, " Why can't we fix this users application, what the heck is going wrong with it! WHY CAN'T WE FIX IT? DO SOMETHING DO ANYTHING!
